how quiet is the quiet cafe?

Hi folks,
I noticed the quiet cafe has tts disabled. Since I go on the vt server sometimes now, just wondering what the quiet cafe is used for, and if there is chat goikng on or is it silent like the lobby? thanks,

you can chat in there, think it's called that because tts is disabled.

i've seen loads of people there

yeah, you can talk, it'd be slightly more than pointless to have no chatting in that room, since the lobby is also silent. but it's because the TTS is gone that it got it's name.
